TEDC's 2019 Annual Conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas, at the Westin Riverwalk Hotel. The event will bring together economic development professionals and those interested in economic development from across the state to hear from industry leaders on important economic development topics, to share knowledge and network with peers.

The program includes numerous sessions and panel discussions on economic development trends and topics, and several networking opportunities. The event kicks off Wednesday morning with a golf tournament. TEDC will recognize the recipients of the 2019 Community Economic Development Award during the lunch on Thursday.

What Every Economic Development Should Know About Small Business Financing Workshop will be held on the first day of the conference, Wednesday, October 9th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Separate registration of $200.00 is required for the workshop. Lunch will be provided for workshop attendees. Register via the link above.

The TEDC's new Future Leaders Training Program (FLT) Program will be part of the Annual Conference. The FLT seminar will be on Wednesday, October 9th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and will be on the topic of Organizational Leadership. To join the TEDC's Flight Crew and be part of this new leadership program, individuals must submit an application and a letter of support from their employer. Separate registration of $45 for the seminar is required and individuals must also register to attend the Annual Conference. Annual Conference attendance is required!

Registration and Payment Policy:  All registrations are to be made online. Registrations will not be accepted by mail, email, telephone or fax. Payments in advance are encouraged, unless specified to be paid prior to the event. Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days following the event. Payments may be made in the form of check or online via credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy:  All cancellations must be received in writing via email to TEDC staff. Cancellations received in writing on or before (10 business days), and which payment has been received, will be refunded via check following the event. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 administration cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after (10 business days). A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event, is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund. A registrant who does not submit a written notice of cancellation or attend the event is still responsible for the registration fee.
