Talent attraction is one of the biggest challenges facing small cities and regional communities. Promoting the quality of life advantages a community has to offer is an effective way to gain the edge.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced people re-examine their home and its surroundings. At the same time, businesses have learnt to embrace and encourage work from home policies. This shift has initiated a post-pandemic labor movement and created a huge opportunity for small communities to attract talent and drive growth. However, it will only be those communities that employ targeted strategies to market their communities that will gain the competitive advantage and truly capitalize on this opportunity.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • The latest trends in post-pandemic labor movement
  • How to market your communities Quality of Life effectively online to gain the competitive edge when attracting talent

  • How to engage remote workers by promoting your #1 asset - the quality of life you have to offer
