The Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit, professional association. The organization is governed by a 30-member Board of Directors and a 8-member Executive Committee.
BYLAWS
The TEDC is governed by Bylaws that are approved by the TEDC's Board of Directors and our membership. The Bylaws were last revised April 2024.
STRATEGIC PLAN
The TEDC follows a five-year Strategic Plan. The Board approved the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan in December 2019.
