TEDC's 2020 Winter Conference will be held in College Station, Texas, at the Hilton Hotel. The event will bring together economic development professionals and those interested in economic development from across the state to hear from industry leaders on important economic development topics, to share knowledge and network with peers.
The TEDC’s 2020 Winter Conference program includes many presentations and panel discussions on a variety of economic development topics; such as, leadership and working with local leaders, transportation and logistic, evaluating incentives, rural broadband access, innovation, career & technical education, cybersecurity, and much more. There will be two Peer Group Roundtables as part of the conference program on the topics of BR&E and Regionalism. Our Thursday evening reception will be hosted at the George H.W. Bush Library & Museum.
The TEDC's discounted room block rate at the Hilton is currently $145/night plus tax. There are limited number of rooms available in the TEDC's room block. The room block rate will expire on January 28th, 2020.
Four (4) complimentary registrations to the event, logo recognition on conference agenda, logo recognition on event signage, logo recognition on event registration page, recognition as the Reception sponsor, recognition from the podium.
Three (3) complimentary registrations to the event, logo recognition on conference agenda, logo recognition on event signage, logo recognition on event registration page, recognition as the Breakfast sponsor, recognition from the podium.
Two (2) complimentary registrations to the event, logo recognition on conference agenda, logo recognition on event signage, logo recognition on event registration page, recognition as Networking Break sponsor, recognition from the podium.
One (1) complimentary registration to the event, listed on conference agenda, listed on event signage, listed on event registration page, recognition from the podium.
All registrations are to be made online. Registrations will not be accepted by mail, email, telephone or fax. Payments in advance are encouraged, unless specified to be paid prior to the event. Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days following the event. Payments may be made in the form of check or online via credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a form of payment.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to TEDC staff. Cancellations received in writing on or before (10 business days), and which payment has been received, will be refunded via check following the event. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 administration cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after (10 business days). A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event, is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund. A registrant who does not submit a written notice of cancellation or attend the event is still responsible for the registration fee.
