Please join us for the TEDC’s 2024 Mid-Year Conference at the Margaritaville Resort on Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Texas, June 5-7, 2024.
We hope that you plan to attend the TEDC's conference this summer on beautiful Lake Conroe. The 2 1/2 day conference is a great opportunity to learn from industry experts on economic development topics and trends, and plenty of opportunities to network with your peers and colleagues, at a fabulous and amenity-filled resort.
The conference program begins at 10:30 AM with committee meetings and the opening session is at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 5th.

Golf Tournament:
Date: Tuesday, June 4, 2024
Time: 12:00-1:00 PM Lunch provided, 1:00 PM Shotgun start
Registration: $100/per player

Fee includes green fees, range balls, golf cart and lunch. The golf tournament is a team scramble, best ball and there will be contests such as longest putt, longest drive, closes to the pin, and best team score with prizes.
Margaritaville Resort Room Block:
Block rate is $209+tax and expires May 14, 2024
TEDC room block guests receive a discounted resort fee of $20 (reduced from $39)

Please note that the TEDC hotel room block for Tuesday, June 4th is full and the Margaritaville Resort will not give us more rooms for that night as they are booked by another group and the hotel is full. However, there are plenty of hotel rooms in the TEDC's block for Wednesday, June 5th and Thursday, June 6th.

All registrations are to be made online. Registrations will not be accepted by mail, email, telephone or fax. Payments in advance are encouraged, unless specified to be paid prior to the event. Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days following the event. Payments may be made in the form of check or online via credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a form of payment.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to TEDC staff. Cancellations received in writing on or before (10 business days), and which payment has been received, will be refunded via check following the event. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 administration cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after (10 business days). A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event, is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund. A registrant who does not submit a written notice of cancellation or attend the event is still responsible for the registration fee.
