Please join us for the TEDC’s Winter Conference in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The 2 1/2 day event will include presentations related to economic development, the economy, important trends affecting economic development and several networking opportunities. An agenda with more details will be posted soon. It will be a great opportunities to hear from industry experts and your peers and also network with colleagues. We hope to see you in San Antonio in February!

The venue for the conference is the HILTON HILL COUNTRY RESORT, 9800 Westover Hills Blvd., San Antonio, Texas. 

The program will begin around 11:00 AM on Wednesday, Feb. 21st with committee meetings and the open session is at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, Feb. 21st. The conference should conclude by Noon on Friday, Feb. 23rd.

The program includes fifteen (15) informative sessions, including two peer panels; several networking opportunities including two receptions, committee meetings and a board meeting.

Registration & Payment Policy

All registrations are to be made online. Registrations will not be accepted by mail, email, telephone or fax. Payments in advance are encouraged, unless specified to be paid prior to the event. Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days following the event. Payments may be made in the form of check or online via credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to TEDC staff. Cancellations received in writing on or before (10 business days), and which payment has been received, will be refunded via check following the event. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 administration cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after (10 business days). A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event, is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund. A registrant who does not submit a written notice of cancellation or attend the event is still responsible for the registration fee.
