PCDC Press conference to announce Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic Plan 2.0

Over the past 10 months, the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) worked with economic development strategist Avalanche Consulting, Austin who engaged with over 100 participants throughout the community to develop a new comprehensive economic development strategic plan (CEDS) for the next three years. On Wednesday, February 12, the plan dubbed CEDS 2.0 will be unveiled having received final approvals by the PCDC and City Council last December. Speakers will include the Mayor of Pflugerville, Victor Gonzales, PCDC Executive Director, Amy Madison and Avalanche Consulting Vice President, Tony DeLisi. Madison and DeLisi will review the CEDS 2.0 process and highlight key items and updated target industries.

Along with CEDS 2.0 discussion and questions, the PCDC will be recognizing the 34-member steering committee, focus group participants and others who contributed to the architecture of the new strategic plan.
