East Area Council, Boy Scouts of America Honor Tom Mullins at the Distinguished Citizens Good Turn Award Luncheon

After 31 years of helping facilitate growth in Tyler and Smith County, Tom retired in September 2020. He had served as President/CEO fo the Tyler Economic Development Council since 1989, and as President/CEO of the Tyler Area Chamber of Commcerce since 1992.
