GEDCO bringing Florida plaster company, jobs to Gladewater

After months of negotiations, the Gladewater Economic Development Corporation has successfully secured a new industry for Gladewater.

Imperial Industries, dba PMM Products, located in Boca Raton, Florida, will be opening its Southwest plant at 1032 E. Commerce Ave. in Gladewater in the coming months.

The company plans to invest about $1M to the site in property and improvements with a minimum of 6 jobs and a 5-year commitment. In exchange, GEDCO is investing $75,000 in the project.

is invested in Gladewater citizens and its community."

Premix-Marbletite (PMM) was established in 1955 and operates two manufacturing plants in Florida. They are the oldest manufacturer of stucco, plaster pool and roof tile adhesive products in the Southeastern United States. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Pompano Beach and Winter Springs, Florida; and now in Gladewater. These locations are

geographically positioned to allow PMM to efficiently produce and serve a broad product mix to its customers throughout the United States.
