Mission, TX – On Friday, the Mission Economic Development Corporation (Mission EDC) will award nearly $220,000 in grant funding to 16 small businesses as part of the Ruby Red Ventures Build Mission Fund.
Now in its second year, the program assists existing small businesses in Mission with operation sustainability, facility improvements, expansions, working capital, and job retention and creation.

One of the Ruby Red Ventures recipients will begin improvement projects on Friday. Yum Yum, a Mission restaurant in operation since 1996, will begin renovations on the building’s roof and façade at 10 a.m.
