BOERNE KENDALL COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES NEW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OFFICERS

March 26, 2025  BOERNE, TX—The Boerne Kendall County Economic Development Corporation (BKCEDC) hosted its Annual Members’ Meeting on March 19, 2025 at the Bevy Hotel. Over 75 Members and guests attended the luncheon which featured Aaron Demerson, President and CEO of the Texas Economic Development Corporation, as the keynote speaker.  Mr. Demerson gave a state-level perspective on the economic development efforts of Texas, as well as the relationship between state and local efforts.

            The Boerne Kendall County Economic Development Corporation also announced its Executive Committee Officers of the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. Dakota Durden, of GRIT Co. will serve as Chair, Caleb Clark, of Edward Jones as the Vice Chair, Tony Trevino, of Vantage Bank as Secretary, Toni Anne Dashiell, of Dashiell Properties as Treasurer, and Dr. Phil Hunke, of Hill Country Square as Past-Chair. At – Large Members are Carlin Friar of the Bank and Trust and Chuck Gregory of Terracon.

            The BKCEDC is a 501(c)(6) public, private not-for profit membership organization whose mission is “to promote business opportunities that will strengthen and grow a vibrant and diverse economic future for Kendall County.”
