SEED Partners with 1 Industrial to Boost Business Growth in Sweetwater

Sweetwater, Texas – The Sweetwater Economic Development MDD (SEED) has entered into a new agreement with Wausau Industrial, LLC to support continued investment and growth at one of Sweetwater’s largest commercial properties.

Located at 1 Industrial Drive, the property features approximately 160,000 square feet of flexible space, making it one of the region's most extensive multi-tenant industrial facilities. With SEED’s support, 1 Industrial plans to make capital improvements and actively market the site to attract new businesses and create jobs.

The performance-based agreement ties SEED’s assistance to clear goals, including facility upgrades and occupancy milestones, ensuring a meaningful impact for the community.
