Cibolo Economic Development and Green Valley Electric Cooperative Proudly Announce Winners of the Best of Cibolo Awards

Cibolo, TX – May 16, 2025 – City of Cibolo Economic Development Department , in partnership with Green Valley Electric Cooperative Economic Development, is thrilled to announce the winners of the Best of Cibolo Awards, celebrating the conclusion of Economic Development Week 2025. The awards recognized three outstanding local businesses, with Lumin Hair Studio taking first place, followed by Stylin' Hair Salon & Spa and Yellow Rose Candle Co.

The Best of Cibolo Awards were driven by a public vote conducted through a comprehensive social media marketing campaign from mid-April to mid-May. The community's enthusiasm was palpable with over 1,500 votes cast. In a surprise celebration, the top three winners were personally congratulated by members of the Cibolo Economic Development Team, Economic Development Specialist Isabella Ellis and Economic Development Manager Clancy Hardin, who presented each business with a prestigious Best of Cibolo award.
