E4 Holdings Expands Industrial Footprint in Hillsboro, Texas with Launch of United Container Group

HILLSBORO, TEXAS — [May 15, 2025] — E4 Holdings, a diversified industrial and real estate investment firm, is proud to announce a major expansion in Hillsboro, Texas. Building on the success of its tank cleaning subsidiary, Texas Tank Works, the company is launching into a Partnership with United Container Group (UCG)— a move that positions UCG as a full-spectrum provider in the industrial tank and container sector. 

The expansion is anchored by Lancaster Diamond Properties, E4 Holdings’ real estate division, which has secured and developed the site for the new facility. This strategic growth reflects the partnership’s commitment to investing in Central Texas and creating long-term value through integrated industrial solutions.

The new facility will feature advanced fabrication capabilities and is expected to generate dozens of skilled jobs in the region. United Container Group will serve industries including energy, agriculture, water treatment, and logistics with custom-engineered tanks and containers.
