New United Supermarkets coming to Wolfforth, Texas

WOLFFORTH, Texas — The United Family is officially announcing its plans to build a new United Supermarkets location in Wolfforth, with construction slated to begin in Spring 2026. Information for an official groundbreaking ceremony will come in the future.

Sidney Hopper, president of The United Family, commented on the company’s opportunity to make this announcement, one that people have been excitedly waiting for.

“We are thrilled to officially announce that a new United Supermarkets location is coming to Wolfforth,” Hopper said. “We have been so proud to serve this community with our United Express team for several years, but we know the community needs a full-service United Supermarkets location. We are pleased to inform the community that it is on its way!”

Located on the NE corner of Donald Preston Drive and Cambridge Avenue behind the existing United Express, the new location will have the greatest and latest innovations United Supermarkets has to offer, with guest service at the top of mind.

The new United Supermarkets will feature services that have become mainstays of all next-generation United Family locations including, a full-service pharmacy with drive-through, Streetside grocery pick-up and delivery, Ready Meals, fresh in-store bakery, full-service floral with delivery, an expansive beer and wine selection, a full-service meat market, and more. A final list of features will be announced at the future groundbreaking.
