For 60 years, the Texas Legislative Conference has convened senior policymakers, business executives, community leaders, and subject-matter experts for substantive dialogue on the issues shaping the future of Texas. The 60th Annual Conference continues that tradition with two days of high-level programming, strategic networking, and bipartisan policy discussion.

The Conference opens with the Texan of the Year Reception honoring Robert Earl Keen, the 2026 Texan of the Year. This signature evening event includes a VIP pre-reception, heavy hors d’oeuvres, open bar, and the formal award presentation.
