Levelland, Texas — The Levelland Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) is proud to announce a major economic development partnership with Stealth Energy Services, marking a transformative investment in the community and a significant expansion of the company’s operations.

Since April 2025, the LEDC has worked closely with Stealth Energy Services, led by co-owner Jeramiah Maynard, to identify the ideal location in Levelland for the company’s growth. While Stealth Energy Services currently leases a site just outside the city limits and maintains its headquarters in Odessa, the company sought a business‑friendly, family‑oriented community to call home.

Following an initial site visit, Mr. Maynard and his family visited Levelland and quickly identified the Levelland Rail Park as the optimal location for their future facility. What originally began as a plan to relocate only their Levelland operations soon evolved into consideration of relocating the company’s headquarters to Levelland, a testament to the community’s strategic infrastructure and strong quality of life.

Stealth Energy Services’ commitments to the Levelland community include:

• $3,965,000 in capital investment for the construction of a new facility and rail spur
• Creation of up to 100 full‑time jobs, including the immediate relocation of 26 existing employees and the hiring of 10    new full‑time positions within a year of opening the facility in Levelland.

• Maintaining no fewer than 40 full‑time employees throughout the 10‑year agreement

This project represents a substantial expansion of Levelland’s local tax base and supports continued investment in infrastructure, quality‑of‑life amenities, and community services. The new facility and associated job opportunities reinforce Levelland’s position as a competitive and welcoming environment for industry and workforce growth.

“Stealth Energy Services’ decision to expand in Levelland underscores the strength of our community and the advantages we offer companies looking to grow,” said LEDC Chairman Sham Myatt

“We are proud to welcome Stealth Energy Services and their team, and we look forward to the lasting economic benefits this project brings to our community.” Mayor Breann Buxkemper

Construction on the new facility is expected to begin in 2026, with more information to be released as timelines are confirmed.
