Johnson County has joined the growing statewide TX-PACE network!
On July 27, the Johnson County Commissioners Court established a commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program based on the Texas PACE in a Box model.
The voluntary program gives eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners access to long-term, private financing for improvements that reduce energy and water costs, strengthen resiliency, and enhance property value—all without public funding or financial liability for the county.
We look forward to working with Johnson County’s property owners, developers, lenders, contractors, engineers, and local leaders to bring new investment and high-performing buildings to the region.
