City of Bonham Establishes TX-PACE Program

The City of Bonham, TX has become the 114th Texas local government to establish a TX-PACE program administered by Texas PACE Authority (TPA)!

Approved by the Bonham City Council on August 10, the new program gives eligible commercial, industrial, agricultural, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners access to long-term, private financing for qualifying energy efficiency, water conservation, on-site energy, resiliency, and related improvements.

TX-PACE can support projects ranging from downtown revitalization and historic rehabilitation to industrial expansion, adaptive reuse, new construction, and commercial or multifamily property improvements.
The voluntary, open-market program requires no public funding and creates no financial liability for the City or its taxpayers.

TPA is proud to partner with the City of Bonham to expand access to TX-PACE and support continued investment and economic growth in North Texas.
