Join us for TEDC’s 2026 Annual Conference at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, October 7–9, 2026.

Connect with economic development professionals from across Texas for TEDC’s Annual Conference. Over two and a half days, you'll gain valuable insights from industry leaders, explore emerging trends and innovative strategies, and build meaningful connections with peers and partners from around the state.

Designed to inform, inspire, and foster collaboration, the conference features a dynamic educational program, an exhibit hall, and numerous opportunities to network throughout the event. Registration includes access to educational sessions, exhibitors, networking breaks, two receptions, a luncheon, and board meeting.

Golf

The TEDC's annual golf tournament will be Tuesday afternoon, October 6th, at The Herrmann Park Golf Course in Houston. The golf registration fee is $95 and that includes green fees, golf cart, range balls and box lunch. The tournament will also includes contests and prizes!

To sign up to play in the golf tournament, please add a golf registration when you register for the conference.

Registration & Payment Policy

All registrations are to be made online. Registrations will not be accepted by mail, email, telephone or fax. Payments in advance are encouraged, unless specified to be paid prior to the event. Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days following the event. Payments may be made in the form of check or online via credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to TEDC staff. Cancellations received in writing on or before (10 business days), and which payment has been received, will be refunded via check following the event. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 administration cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after (10 business days). A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event, is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund. A registrant who does not submit a written notice of cancellation or attend the event is still responsible for the registration fee.
