The TEDC's discounted room block rate at the Hilton is currently $228.00/night+tax. There are limited number of rooms available in the TEDC's room block. The room block rate will expire on May 26, 2026, or earlier if the block is full.

Exhibitor Hours
Setup: Wednesday, June 17th, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Exhibits Open: Wednesday, June 17th, 1:00 PM to 6:15 PM
Exhibits Open: Thursday, June 18th, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Exhibit Removal: Thursday, June 18th, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Wifi
Complimentary wifi will be accessible in the hotel meeting space and the TEDC will cover the expense.
Electrical Power
Each exhibitor will be provided with a power strip and extension cord at their table location. The cost is covered by the TEDC.
Exhibit Table
Each exhibit receives a 6' table and 2 chairs. Please note the tables are linen less, therefore, please bring your own table cover.
Booth Attendants
Individuals not registered for the annual conference for full access to all programming and conference activities, are considered booth attendants. The booth attendant pass is $195.00. Booth attendants are welcome to attend the Wednesday Welcome Reception, the Thursday Breakfast, and the Networking Breaks on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. They are not to attend sessions, the Award Luncheon on Thursday, the Thursday Networking Reception or the Friday Breakfast. For full conference access to all sessions/presentations, the award luncheon, the both breakfasts, both receptions, and all networking activities, a conference registration can be purchased.
