Please join us for the TEDC’s 2025 Annual Conference, October 29-31, in San Antonio, Texas at the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel on the beautiful San Antonio Riverwalk.

The three-day event will feature a great lineup of industry experts discussing important economic development topics. The conference will also include discussion panels of economic development professionals sharing their knowledge on experience. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn, network and engage with your peers in economic development. 

The conference will also include a golf tournament, exhibit hall, an Award Luncheon, breakfasts, including a New Member breakfast, two receptions, a leadership seminar (separate registration required), several networking opportunities, and an Auction to support the TEDC's PAC.

The Award Luncheon on Thursday, October 30th, is not included in conference registration. The award luncheon ticket is $75/pp. If you would like to attend the Award Luncheon on October 30th, please add the luncheon ticket to your conference registration. If you have already registered and would like to add a luncheon ticket, please email tedcinfo@texasedc.org to request a luncheon ticket.

Please register early and book your overnight accommodations as soon as possible. The hotel room block may fill quickly, so we encourage you to book in the TEDC's hotel room block early.

Golf

The TEDC's annual golf tournament will be Tuesday afternoon, October 28th, at The Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio. The golf registration fee is $150/pp and that includes green fees, golf cart, range balls and lunch. The tournament will also includes contests and prizes!

To sign up to play in the golf tournament, please add a golf registration when you register for the conference.

The TEDC's discounted room block rate at the Marriott Rivercenter is $249.00/night+tax. There are limited number of rooms available in the TEDC's room block. The room block rate will expire on October 7, 2025, or earlier if the block is full. There are rooms available at the TEDC's discounted rate at the Marriott Rivercenter hotel (host hotel for the conference) for Wednesday, Oct. 29th and Thursday, Oct. 30th only. There are no hotel rooms available for Tuesday, Oct. 28th at the Marriott Rivercenter Hotel.

However the TEDC has an overflow hotel room block at the Marriott Riverwalk hotel (across the street from the Marriott Rivercenter hotel). That block is the same rate of $249/night+tax. If you prefer to arrive on Tuesday, Oct. 28th, you can book your stay at the Marriott Riverwalk hotel for Tuesday only or Tuesday through Thursday.

The hotel room block link can be used to book at either the Marriott Rivercenter hotel or the Marriott Riverwalk hotel.

Please note the TEDC hotel room block is setup for Tuesday through Thursday (10/28-10/30). The conference program is 10/29-31. The TEDC's hotel room blocks do not have rooms for 10/31/25.

Registration & Payment Policy

All registrations are to be made online. Registrations will not be accepted by mail, email, telephone or fax. Payments in advance are encouraged, unless specified to be paid prior to the event. Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days following the event. Payments may be made in the form of check or online via credit card. Purchase orders will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to TEDC staff. Cancellations received in writing on or before (10 business days), and which payment has been received, will be refunded via check following the event. All refunds will be charged a $35.00 administration cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after (10 business days). A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the event, is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund. A registrant who does not submit a written notice of cancellation or attend the event is still responsible for the registration fee.
