This publication was developed in partnership with the International Sustainable Resilience Center (ISRC) for resilience and recovery education, resources, best practices and tools to aid Texas communities in recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as, any type of disaster. The guide includes case studies, information on federal funding, a resilience scorecard, guidance related to business continuity planning and economic and community development strategies to build more resiliency at the local level.
This reference guide is available in printed format and is distributed at the regional resilience and recovery workshops that TEDC hosts around the State of Texas.
