In a time of economic uncertainty, workforce challenges, and supply chain disruptions, communities must invest in their existing businesses. Business Retention & Expansion (BR&E) programs are one of the most effective tools economic developers and chambers can use to generate jobs, strengthen local investment, and build trust with business owners.

In this practical, results-driven webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Why 80% of job creation comes from existing business

  • How to structure and scale a BR&E program—no matter your budget

  • The best tools for implementation, automation, and analysis

  • How other communities have used BR&E to secure billions in investment

  • Funding options, including how to partner with the local business community to raise capital
